Mogador and Volta destroyers from ONI 203, French Naval Vessels - but without plans

This was France's ultimate prewar super destroyer design, with its heavy, classically arranged (4x2) 5.4" guns and ten 21.7" torpedo tubes on a 3,000 ton displacement.

Both ships were at Mers el Kebir, when the British attacked, and Mogador was severely damaged. They were eventually both based at the French Navy's home base of Toulon and scuttled there on 27Nov42.

Finding 2-D plans for this class is very difficult, and I had hoped for better from ONI 203.
