German Eagle vs. Russian Bear: A [FREE] World War II Russian Front Boardgame [War Game] Kit (indexed on Educational Resources Information Center as ERIC Document no. ED361256, Copyright 1993 Louis R. Coatney)
A Note on Copyright
GERMAN EAGLE VS. RUSSIAN BEAR is COPYRIGHTED -- NOT Public Domain -- and FREE under the following conditions:
- Schools, libraries, and museums are free to make and keep copies for in-house educational use or nonpermanent loan/circulation ... in gratitude for the fine education and research assistance I have always received from such institutions.
- An individual is free to make one personal copy of GERMAN EAGLE VS. RUSSIAN BEAR for his/her own personal use.
- All other rights -- including publishing rights -- are reserved to me.
- GEvsRB was indexed on ERIC -- Educational Resources Information Center -- as ERIC Document ED 361 256. By written agreement, I allowed them to distribute it in microfiche format only -- I kept copyright and all other publishing rights and formats -- and it appears that ERIC no longer sells/distributes microfiche at all. The fact that GEvsRB is still indexed and abstracted in the ERIC research database, though, gives it legitimacy as an educational aid.
Dedication:
