A Note on Copyright

Postcard Monocacy Junction, 9-11 July 1864 is COPYRIGHTED -- NOT Public Domain -- and FREE under the following conditions:

Dedication:

Postcard Monocacy Junction, 9-11 July 1864 is dedicated to Jefferson Coatney (NW IN, d.14Mar1862) and eldest son James Coatney (d.24Nov63, the day Lookout Mountain was taken down by Chattanooga) and all our Americans who died in our worst war, to end slavery, and to my children Rebecca, Robert, Rohan, and Johanna hoping they will never suffer war.

The more we learn about the American Civil War, the better our chances that it will be our LAST civil war.

War must be confined to history books and games and museums.
